“Video & Poesía”
La PLACA
(Plataforma Artística Chilangos Andaluces) a través de la realización del Recital
internacional de Poesía Chilango Andaluz (#10ºRCA), organiza experiencias
culturales poéticas para enlazar dos países, dos continentes y una misma motivación:
la creación y la interacción de artistas de diversas disciplinas sin importar
su lugar de nacimiento o residencia.
Queremos que nuestro #10ºRCA se llene de la vídeo-creación más contemporánea; organizaremos un ciclo especial de vídeo-poesía para apoyar y potenciar a artistas que basan su obra en lenguaje audiovisual, a la misma vez de colaborar con espacios de creación cultural como DIWAP Design & Gallery promoviendo la difusión artística que realizan, de esta manera buscamos generar sinergias colectivas entre espacios culturales, artistas, colectivos y público.
DIWAP Design & Gallery es un espacio dedicado al diseño gráfico, el diseño web y el arte contemporáneo. Siempre explorando nuevas fórmulas y aplicaciones de las artes dentro del mundo del diseño, DIWAP se adentra en el mundo de la video-creación con este certamen enfocado a artistas que trabajan esta disciplina artística.
The PLACA
(Artistic Platform Chilangos Andaluces) through the realization of the Recital
internacional de Poesía Chilango Andaluz (#10RCA), organizes cultural poetic experiences to connect two
countries, two continents and a same motivation: the creation and the
interaction of artists from various disciplines regardless of their place of
birth or residence.
DIWAP Design & Gallery it is a space dedicated to graphic design, web design, and contemporary art. Always exploring new formulas and applications of the arts within the world of design, DIWAP delves into the world of the video-creations with this event focused on artists who work this artistic discipline. The collective exhibition "metadatapoetica" will be held from October 9 to November 6 of 2015.

OBJETIVO Y PREMIO
El objetivo de la
participación implica la exposición de las obras seleccionados durante el ciclo
especial de ‘Vídeo & Poesía’, dentro de la programación de actividades del
10º RCA. La muestra de video y poesía “metadatapoética”
tendrá lugar del del 9 Octubre al 6
Noviembre, que acogerá el espacio
creativo y cultural DIWAP Design & Gallery.
- Los seleccionados expondrán con su
respectiva obra.
- Se les dará un certificado de
participación dentro del 10º Recital internacional de Poesía Chilango Andaluz
y de DIWAP Design & Gallery.
- 1 lote de libros de la Editorial
Ultramarina Cartonera & Digital y otras editoriales, por cada artista
seleccionado.
- 1 Máscara de Lucha Libre Mexicana.
- 1 Camiseta.

PARTICIPANTES
- La presente convocatoria queda
abierta a cualquier artista interesado, en su propio nombre o en el de un
colectivo o compañía sin límite de edad, residencia o nacionalidad.

PROPUESTA Y PROYECTOS
- El material presentados deben ser
inédito y original. Cada participante puede presentar más de un trabajo.
- La temática de las propuestas
tiene que ser entorno a la poesía. Es importante que en el contenido se fomente
la creación de puentes entre regiones.
- El formato debe aproximarse a la
idea de ‘Vídeo & Poesía’ (Net Art poético, Instalación videopoema textual, VJ
poético, Poesía en CD Rom (visual y/o
sonora), Videoclip o Documental video poético).

PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES
- La presentación de
solicitudes deberá inscribirse antes del
25 Septiembre sólo a través del envió del formulario google.

- Se realizará una selección entre
las obras recibidas y se realizará la muestra internacional "Metadatapoética" (9 de Octubre al 6 de Noviembre) dentro de la programación de actividades
culturales del 10ºRCA con una colaboración especial con DIWAP.
- Los archivos deben ser enviados
vía wetrasfer.com (hasta 2G de transferencia)al e-mail a nuestro email placa.info@yahoo.com. En el formulario te da
la opción para copiar el enlace de wetrasfer.
- Las obras tienen que ser enviadas
en formato MP4 o MPG4.
- Si tu trabajo es en otro idioma
que no sea el castellano, solicitamos subtitularlo en castellano. Se podrá
prescindir del subtitulado siempre y cuando el artista consideren que no afecta
a la comprensión de la obra.
- Cada propuesta es indispensable
que los derechos de autor y de proyección estén a nombre de quien presente la
obra.
- El envío de las obras implica que
los artistas autorizan la muestra de fragmentos o imágenes de las obras en los
medios de difusión que la PLACA y DIWAP consideren pertinentes durante y
después de la exposición. El derecho de autor sobre la obra es propiedad
exclusiva del artista quien permite a RCA y DIWAP su exhibición y difusión.
- Si desea que su pieza sea vendida,
el o la artista debe firmar un acuerdo con la galería cediendo los permisos
pertinentes para su venta y promoción. En este caso, el artista establecerá el
precio de venta de la obra (indicando cuantas reproducciones existen), siempre
pudiendo ser asesorado/a por la galería, y teniendo en cuenta la comisión del 33%
en concepto de gastos de gestión para la galería en el caso de que la obra
fuese vendida.

PRODUCCIÓN RCA Y DIWAP
Durante la
exposición, la organización se compromete con los artistas seleccionados a:
- La producción del evento,
invitaciones, inauguración y presentación de la exposición, así como su vigilancia durante el transcurso de la misma.
- El uso extensivo de las nuevas
tecnologías de información y comunicación para dar la difusión y promoción de
la propuestas seleccionadas, así como del desarrollo y posterior formalización
mediante prensa, web, redes sociales..
- Publicación en
http://recitalchilangoandaluz.blogspot.com.es/ la web principal donde se realizará el trabajo de comunicación con toda la información relativa a los artistas seleccionados: datos biográficos, fotografías y una breve muestra de su obra, incluyendo links a sus páginas y blogs profesionales. Además se apoyará la difusión del evento en las redes sociales habituales de PLACA y DIWAP Design & Gallery.

DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
- El plazo de recepción de la
documentación finalizará el 25 de Septiembre. Y el 30 se deliberará para elegir los proyectos
seleccionados que formarán parte de la exposición colectiva.
- El comité curatorial se reunirá en
antes que finalice el plazo y seleccionará los proyectos que formarán parte de
la exposición colectiva. El comité curatorial está compuesto por profesionales
y personalidades dentro del mundo del arte e instituciones de Sevilla.

ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES
- Los Artistas participantes
aceptarán todos los puntos establecidos en la presente convocatoria y se
comprometen a suscribir con RCA Y DIWAP Design & Gallery un acuerdo de
colaboración que regule todas las disposiciones relacionadas con el proyecto de
colaboración establecido entre ambas partes.

The objective of the participation involves the exhibition
of works selected for the special cycle of 'Video & Poetry' within the
program of activities of the 10thRCA . The exhibition
"metadatapoetica"- Video and Poetry will be held from October 9 to November 6, which
will host by the creative and cultural
space DIWAP Design & Gallery
- Those
selected will present their respective work
- They
will be given a certificate of participation in the 10th Recital internacional
de Poesía Chilango Andaluz and DIWAP Design & Gallery.

publishers for each selected artist.

>>> PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
- This
call is open to any artist interested, in his own name or in a collective or
company without limit of age, residency or nationality.
>>> PROPOSAL Y PROJECTS
- The
submitted material must be original and unpublished. Each participant may
submit more than one work.
- The
theme of the proposals must be in context to poetry. It is important that the
content be encouraged the creation of connection between regions.
- The
format should be approaching the 'Video & Poetry' (Net poetic Art, poetic
video, VJ poetry, poetry in CD Rom (visual and/or sound), music video or
documentary poetic video).
>>>PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS
- The applications must register before September 25 only through the google form.
- A
selection of the submitted works will be shown in the organized the exhibition "Metadatapoetíca" Video & Poetry (October 9 to November 6) within the programming of cultural activities of the
RCA 2015 with a special collaboration with DIWAP.
- The
files be sent via wetrasfer.com ( 2G of transfer) e-mail to our email
placa.info@yahoo.com or in the google form gives you the option to copy the
link of wetrasfer.
- If your
job is in another language other than Spanish please subtitled in Spanish. You
can dispense of subtitling when the artist considers that it does not affect
the understanding of the work.
- Each proposal
is essential that copyright and projection are the name of the person
presenting the work.
- Each
proposal is essential that the rights of author and projection are on behalf of
who submitted the work.
- Sending
of works involves performers to authorize the sample fragments or images of the
works in the media for RCA and DIWAP considers relevant during and after the
exhibition. The right of author of the work is the exclusive property of the
artist who allows to RCA and DIWAP your display and dissemination.
- If you
want your piece to be sold, the artist must sign an agreement with the Gallery
giving the relevant permissions for sale and promotion. In this case, the
artist will establish the selling price of the work (indicating how many
reproductions exist), always can be advised / for the Gallery, and taking into
account the Commission of 33% for gallery management costs in the event that
the work was sold.

During
the exhibition, the Organization agrees with selected artists:
- The

selected artists: biographical data, photographs and a brief sample of your
work, including links to their websites and professional blogs. Also will
broadcast the event on the usual social networks of PLACA and DIWAP Design.
>>> GENERAL ARRANGEMENT
- The
deadline for receipt of documentation will end on September 25tth and the 30 of
September will be deliberate to choose the selected projects that will be part
of the exhibition.
- The
curatorial committee will meet before the deadline and select the projects that
will be part of the exhibition . The curatorial committee is composed of
professionals and personalities in the world of art and institutions of Sevilla.

>>> ACCEPTANCE OF THE ARRANGEMENT
- Artists
Participants accept all the points set out in this notice and agree to sign a
cooperation agreement governing all provisions related to the project of
collaboration between both parties with RCA Y DIWAP Design & Gallery.
